It would fit, bolt patttern a little different and filler neck for fuel is in a different spot. Wheel wells, there's another issue. May need to make a few modifications.

Martystowrig-aka Marty, spent $2500 for his transmission the night I found this one for him. He just laughed and then cried when I told him how much. Won't need it now.
