I need a passenger side dually fender for an '86 crew cab - where can I get one? JC Whitney no longer has them

 

These places have dually rearends for sale, so they may still have the truck at the yard too.

The list I gave you was the junkyards in Maryland that are selling dually rearends of that vintage truck. If they are selling the rearend, there is a good possibility they may have the dually truck there also, and it may have the dually fender still on it. Just call them up and ask.

If you live nearer to another state or area, just plug that in and do a search at Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market. You have to stay with the popular commonly sold parts though, the list does not have "dually rear fender". You could also look up the whole bed, and they may sell a fender off of it, or have one that is damaged on the driver's side, and will sell you the pass side. You could even look up a dually wheel, and that would be a clue they may have the truck still there.

 

I dunno...you'll have to call...but I can tell you this.

The obsolete parts vendors like Green Sales will be more expensive because this is what they specialize in.

The dealers will be cheaper. Since the parts are obsolete, they can no longer return them to Ford...so are STUCK with them.
