Strong arms? Actually some fishing line and some goof off to remove the remaining double sided tape. Should be an easy job just time consuming getting all the double sided tape off the door.

Thats why I suggested the fishing line. Put it under the molding and use a sawing back and forth motion and it will easily cut that double sisded tape in two then the goof off to clean all the rest

well i tried to take the moldings off and they came right off but the previous owner had my truck re-painted and must have just taped off the molding its there was the outline of the molding soo it looks like it will be going to a body shop to get them removed and the paint touched up...

Chrome rubber stripes I remove with Goof Off

It loosens the gluse and they come off pretty easy.
I want to put on some new ones.
Does anyone know where I can buy some new ones???
I guess they come in a kit?
