Jeff, I think you are probably right on the accelerator pump. If I pump it coming off idle it will take off, but doesn't do the transition on it's own under load.

Trying to get My timing set, and fix a missing wire so I can get My brake lights and turn signals working, there's a show here on the 30th, and I want to try and get to it

Picked up more parts for the F100. I'm getting close to having everything I need for power brakes. Looking for a power steering column out of a 73-78 pickup. Auto column shift preferred.

had a guy that wanted to see the TJ come by tonight. I asked him if he was looking for something to offroad, or just drive around town. He said he was wanting to drive around town with it and have something to drive in the snow. I asked him if he would be interested in seeing what it can do offroad. I think I scared him a bit, but I could get the feeling he wasn't all that interested to begin with. At least he was pleasant and seemed to be a nice guy.

I finally got a pickup and trailer lined up to haul the SD to the repair shop today. I was going to drive it there this past saturday and it wouldn't shift into drive or first gear, only reverse. Well, today I backed it to the top of the hill so we could load it onto the trailer to haul it. Figured I would see if there was a little forward gear to help load it. It must of decided it didn't want to be hauled on a trailer being pulled by a Chebbie, because it shifted into drive and I was able to drive it to the dealer for repair.

Thanks Curtis for the trailer that fortunately wasn't needed.

Absolutely!!

U are welcome to tow it any time!

Tonight, I decided to look into why the new Jeep was not showing the front end being locked, when I turned on the locker. I removed the sensor, and found out the sensor was broken. I suppose it happened when they changed gears. In a few weeks, I will pull the front cover off the differential, and see about getting it fixed. hopefully the broken plastic part isn't still in the diff. New sensor is 71.00.

There is a very interested guy coming to look at the old Jeep on Sunday, he was on the phone with me for about 2 hours last night asking questions, looks like he is coming on Sunday to take a look at it. I got a feeling he may be taking it home with him.
