I think I'll quit checking stuff on POJ because every time I look at it I find something else that is broke or needs fixed.

Maybe Joey snuck over and worked on it when I wasn't checking.

What do you guys think of these? I broke a shock in CO-- so I need to add some bump stops and limiting straps-- so I was just looking at shock mounts too.

last night I uploaded the new updates to my tuner for the Jeep, I wish it came with stats about how much it would change power, fuel mileage, etc.. I am anxious to try the rock crawling mode!

I need to chase down a carb problem on POJ. It hesitates and dies coming off idle. I pulled the idle screws two nights ago and used the air compressor to blow out the idle circuit, but am still getting a bad stumble. Any suggestions?

I may just need to pull the carb and tear it apart and clean it. The truck hasn't been driven hardly at all in the last year and may also have some crud in the carb.

I found a carburetor shop in Salina that carried the pump diaphragm I needed for My '59. Picked up one for $ 11.75. Putting the carb back together now, otherwise I'm doing some repairs to the drivers door, fixing a dent it had

Yeah- Replaced the busted shock and replaced the other one as well (thanks for the help Clint) I didn't realize the shock boot was in the box (duh!) So I have a new boot and an old boot but - Oh well!.

Anyhoo the truck is fixed :-)

I sold the Tahoe, darn near gave it away, but its gone, and I can stop spending hours responding to texts on it now from bogus people who want to buy it sight unseen and have me ship it to Pakistan if they pay extra through paypal, and have me send them $20,000 dollars cash, because they are going to overpay, and want american dollars back for anything extra it doesn't cost me to ship it.
