I Hear that. I thought you found and fixed the issue causing bad fuel mileage. Or is 10mpg better than it was getting before?

10 was what it was getting before, I haven't tested it since its running on all cylinders. However I won't write momma bragging about its new and improved gas mileage, because its not really all that noticeable. LOL!

Beats the 10-12 mpg I get everyday on my 94 lol. My 76 was even worse with 6-8 mpg so thank god I got the 94.

I miss my truck. I wish I had a beater Ranger to use knocking around on back roads etc. those suckers are even expensive and I can’t justify having another vehicle around.

I bought an 02 Ranger that had a bad tranny for 400 bucks and then sold it a few months later. Who knew finding a 4x4 5R44E that bolts up to a 3.0 V6 was a unicorn of a transmission to find. Considering it had 300k miles (and it was a farm truck too) it was filthy and I just didn't think it was worth my time to fix a truck in it's condition. If I had an unlimited budget I would have probably put a brand new engine and tranny in but I didn't and had no desire to do so later so I sold it the day after I posted it for sale. They seem to be quite the desirable trucks but I can see why with some of the things I've seen them do.

Yeah. I think it might be about there, but what fun is putting a v8 in it and not hearing it rawr?? Plus I like its acceleration. I've got to use the go pedal out here on the highway where I work.

I wrapped up the rear brakes and left rear wheel seal last weekend, slapped on a set of used late 60's
Ford dog dish caps I got off Ebay. Hoping to get it moving again under it's own power sometime next month
