What did you do to your truck today..

I tore apart the usual places where I stash receipts, but couldn't find it. I found receipts for a bunch of other old stuff that I've purchased for the truck in the last 15 years, but not the one for the batteries. I did pull the battery cables and clean them and found one battery clamp bolt that was not really doing much on the ground side. I cleaned everything and replace the bad bolt. I'll see what happens in the next couple of weeks and if they give me a problem I'll just get new ones as they are within a month of being out of warranty.

Cleaned out the truck--(Amazing what you will find :-) ) Took off some trim and some pieces and removed the rear seats. Did some measuring and some planning-- Going to chop the top in a couple weeks :-)
While working on it I decided to do something with the gas tank and rear suspension too- but that will be next year-- This year is chopped top and 4 link a new front axle!

I pulled the wheel with the flat tire off the Bronco yesterday and got the new tire mounted. I didn't start till later in the afternoon due to other things so didn't get it back on the truck. Darn 33x12.50x15 tires are hard to mount. They come off pretty easy but are a bugger to get back on with hand powered equipment. All I have is an old tire stand and irons.
