Body Parts Help

I have this 1985 f-150, equipped with the injected 5.0l and dual tanks. She purrs like a kitten but has a case of lepresy (lots of rust).
Ford wasn't much on styling with these long beds and I was wondering if anyone had changed the long bed to a short flairside box, and what's involved. Did they they make a long flareside? Also where can I find the front fiberglass fenders, Can't find 'em at us body!
Thanx in advance.

Body Parts Help

If you decide to go to a short box you're going to have to get the frame shortened as well as the driveshaft. Could tends to be a little spendy!

Body Parts Help

He's right, pretty pricey. You'd be better off buying a parts truck in the style of your choice.
Then do your own work switching out the parts.
New body bushings would do wonders for the ride
anyway.
