Happy St. Patricks Day
Just want to say Happy St. Patricks Day. Doing anything fun or having a Irish Dinner? Well at my house we have a special Leek Soup with the Corn Beef Dinner.

The wife ran home on her lunch break to start slow-cooking the roast with cabbage and onions. I think our breath will put the dogs to shame afterwards

I had an ice tea tonight and AJ drank a red beer. I guess the two of them don't make green. Maybe I'll have to have a beer with a little green food coloring in it to celebrate the day, even though I'm not Irish. I did hear that some of my Viking ancestors spent some time in England and Ireland raiding an stuff about a 1000 years ago.

Del I am not Irish either, but I do celebrate. That is one of the St. John tradition.

I do like to celebrate too and we would be a much poorer society without our Irish friends and neighbors.
