I am almost ready to buy my supercharger, but I am concerned with cooling the air charge. I would prefer an aftercooler for space confines, but I don't think any companies (Vortech) make one specifically for my truck. I want one bad. If anyone knows how to fab one or where I could get one I would appreciate some help.
no one makes one. i bought a air/air intercooler for a powerstroke diesel truck. i fabbed it in. then i made all the plumbing. it works great for my vortech setup. very effective. many others have done this also.

Thanks for the info. What year Powerstroke intercooler should I use, or does it matter? Do you have any pictures of your intercooler setup? Where should I mount it, etc. Any answers would be helpful.
the kenne bell blower does not have a cooler boost charge than the vortech. many kenne bell users run into detonation problems due to the extremely hot air charge.
