Sounds like IPR o-rings are leaking. With a cold engine the oil is thick enough to build enough oil pressure to fire the injectors but once it heats up it thins out and leaks past them enough to keep it from starting. Once the engine is running the hpop has enough pressure to keep it running even with the bad o-rings.

how many o-rings are in the IPR or am i going to have to buy a set and replace all the o-rings in the fuel injector system? is it a dealer item only?
