For those who are planning to race, here's a few things to prepare:
1. No tank tops, shorts, or open toe shoes. (They won't let you race)
2. Make sure your vehicle has no leaks.
3. You may be asked to pop your hood. Make sure everything is secure (including your battery).
4. No loose objects inside the vehicle.
5. Don't try a burnout with street tires. Drive around the water box and wait for your signal to stage.
6. Pull into the staging area, and light the first yellow bulb. Wait for whomever your running against to light his first yellow bulb. Then inch up, light that 2nd yellow bulb. Your partner, will light their 2nd bulb. Get ready to go....happens quick after that!
7. 13.99 or faster, YOU NEED A HELMET! Snell approved.
8. Most of all, HAVE FUN and BE SAFE!

don't know if i'll be able to go or not but if i do go i might take my truck and spray it it has 4.56 gears in the rear now just need to do the front but they'll definatly be done by then then i can spray if off the line, in 4wd with my 3500 stall converter it aughta cut a pretty good 60ft time lol maybe i'll launch it on nitrous off the converter in 4LO and shut it off at the 1/8th mile lol
or i could take my 66 t-bird with 600hp on the spray i've never had it to the track and need to do some work to it still so depending on how much money i can throw at it between now and the track day i might end up trailering it down there

I am just a number and no I don't care about Trophy's
My grandson has his first communion that day. Then later that night, my wife, daughters and mother in law get together in preparation for their onslaught of the casinos on Mothers day. I get to entertain the children, all 14 of them(just got word number 15 is on it's way). I really look forward to Fathers day.
