Question for guys with 35x12.5 rubber
What rims do you use?
What backspacing and offset do those rims have?
Got pics of it?
I've been researching rims for my truck. I love the OEM FX4 rims...but a 35/12.5/18 has about 1/4" of clearance from the upper control arm...I know it works, but it scares me.
I'd like about 1" of clearance between tire and upper ball joint. I'd also like to keep the tires where they don't overly stick outside the fender flares. 1" or so is cool, but anything more is kinda overkill to me.
does a combo exist like I'm after?
TIA
P.S. After an hour or so, I've got the biggest damn headache from looking at rims and listening to babies scream

could...but there are hundreds of rims available with different widths, backspacing and offsets.
I'm looking for what others have done and hopefully pics of their setups.
the OEM rims are 7.5" wide...a 9" to 10" wide looks pretty good. but if you use the OEM offsets + 1/2"...it won't turn out just right. pretty much my only other alternative is to go do a test 'n fit at the local tire shop
