Automator is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Who works on your truck?

Thought I would do a quick poll to see where everyone gets work done on their trucks.

I do my own work always have and always will. The only things that get outsourced is machine work because I don't have the tools.

Ummm....those poll numbers don't make any sense. 2 votes = 100% and 1 vote = 50%.

If you look at the header for the poll, it says you can vote for more than one. I try to do the work on my truck, but for larger jobs I take it to a garage. Right now the engine has just been put back in, that I left up to a garage along with the head machining.

Mostly Dealers and my favorite garage. I do what I can by myself, but with going full time college and full time work, I only have so much time and $$$. I rather it get done right and quickly, then me to try it and take 5x as long and more money.

I try to do everything myself. If it doesn't pan out I usually take it to the dealer... unless its one of those things where the dealer will bend ya over... thats when I start price shopping.
