2001 F150 Supercrew 4x4

I have an 01 Supercrew with issues, its seems a neverending one, I keep getting rough driving and ideling.I kept getting codes 305, 307, I have replaced the plugs, and several coilpacks. It runs fine for a week ten days then starts running like crap usually when i have to be somewhere, pulling out the code reader same 305,307. This time #7 plug seems damp wet even, coilpack is wet also, so i dry everything, put it bak together runs like a new one, for a week ten days, same thing, checked this morning 305,307, i havent pulled anything yet but i am sure its damp. Sometime its like I almost think i smell antifreeze when i get out but never leaking out onto ground. Any suggestions, Ideas, or my chevy loving inlaws are gonna buy me some matches!

Thanks for any help

dampness will do that. problem is that 5 and 7 are the front and 3rd back on the drivers side, right? normally you will have trouble with #1 or 2 if you have a crossover line leaking antifreeze, or #3 or 4 if you have a leak on the heater hose at fire wall. very seldom do you get leakage on the drivers side. you need to determine where the "wet" is coming from.

there is a cooling tube bolted to the bottom of the intake manifold that goes from the left to the right side. picture it going from #1 to #5 plug area, but underside of the manifold. I had a leak on that tube by #1 cylinder and had trouble with #1 and #2 COPS due to "wet" as you said. Look in the vallley of the motor, behind the alternator and see if you can see any antifreeze setting. Maybe you have the same problem, but on drivers side?
