1946 ford flat head v8 59 a-b what hp??

I have a 46 ford 1 ton with a 59 A-B flat head v8 first question is what is the hp and what is the potential hp with this engine ???

probably 100HP I believe you could potentially almost double the Hp with some money and machine work? maybe even more with blower etc.
