Rusty roof repair

Has anyone here done the job of major rust repair in the cab roof? I have a '77 F150 and the body is in pretty good shape except for major rust-out at the top of each "A" pillar and along the roof above the driver's door (how the heck does moisture collect up there anyway?) Are there patch panels available for this or do you have to find a "donor" cab in good enough shape and cut your own?

Any help, advice or suggestions would be welcome and appreciated.

Thanks,
David

Rusty roof repair

Dave , I Had this happen to me on a Lincon town car .Talked to several people and most thought it was an improperly seated windshield gasket that started the problem. I made my own repair sections.
