Hello ,

I am in desprate need to find out where i can purchase the
Sterling ovals to replace the Ford emblems on my Excursion. I saw a Lightning on the tollway with one this past weekend and it looked great. He had one in place of the Ford oval on the grille and on the rear tailgate. This is becomming a hard thing to get my hands on. If someone could pass on part numbers and a place were i can order them from i would really apprec. it.

I have never seen sterling ones, but I have a polished billet one on my tailgate. I got it from billetandacrylic.com

 

I assume that by Sterling you are referring to the heavy-truck division (which I don't think is part of Ford anymore), not the material it is made out of.

If this is the case you should be able to get them at the closest heavy-truck center.

Brian - i am located about 20 min. outside Chicago.
I have been to the local heavy duty truck shop and they cant help me without a part number.

 

Sterling is now part of the freightliner group of companys
and the badge I think you are looking for is on the grill and the truck model is fc7000 Eric
