Can't get passenger side swaybar link out...

I ordered a poly bushing kit for my front swaybar, got the axle mounted bushings in, but I cant fully remove the passenger swaybar link!

The top bolt & washer come in contact with the tranny bellhousing. Does that silver washer separate from the bolt head? Mine did not want to come undone...

Thanks guys!

I believe you need to remove the small cast mount the link attaches too .two bolts located on bottom side of frame

I kno Right!!! a while back I replaced the leaf spring bushings. all's I used was the vice and a air compressor with the chipping hammer, if ya get a good area it will slowly push it right outta there.

Just destroyed my bench vise...

Umm yeah...
Pressed one end of one link out with my vise and a hammer, started wailing on the other end and I hear a bad ring come from my vise....

I guess I'm heading to the shop down the road...lol

Quick ? for u guys that just did your bushings. I'm planning on doing mine in a week or so. Once the old ones are pressed out..do the new poly ones need to be pressed back in?

Not exactly "pressed". They can be tapped back in w/ a hammer. In the kit there are metal sleaves that slide through the holes in the bushings. The top bolt on each link will need to be hammered in with force into these bushings, just dont forget the big washer in between.

Im still amazed at the ride quality.

Thanks a bunch guys! I'm always glad to hear about someone fixing their clunk by replacing the sway bar bushings instead of the ball joints or something more severe!
