What cam to use these days?

Hello! I know I am late to the party but I just picked up a 1993 Ford F-150 with 117k miles. I've been reading through forums and suggestions and came to this one. I am quite a few years later but was wondering what would be a good cam upgrade in the 2021 era? lol Thank you in advance!

Some zombie threads never die.

The Crane 444232 is still the best available, off the shelf cam for the speed density, flat tappet 351w.
