1987 Ford 460 - Vacuum Reservoir

Yes, I ordered a full set of the manuals for my 1987 Winnebago that is based on the John Deere RV-1000 chassis. I got them through Freightliner, as it is my understanding that they have taken over support for these chassis. The manuals were a bit expensive (as I recall, about $300 for the full set). I think that the chassis manuals I have say that they cover the 1986 - 1987 RV-800, RV-1000 and RV-1200 chassis'. I think you said that yours is an 1989, so I am unsure whether this info will stay consistent or not. Never hurts to try...
I have the Technical Vehicle Chassis Manual (wiring diagrams galore and engine stuff for the Ford 460 and the diesel motor option), Operators Manual (useless for anything but the most basic operating stuff like in a typical car operator's manual), and the Parts Catalog (shows exploded views and P/Ns for the sub-assemblys).
If you give me your email. I can try and see if I can scan a few pages or the wiring diagrams and you can see if it has what you are looking for. Which chassis do you have, as many of the diagrams differ from chassis to chassis? If you are unsure, just look at the 5th digit (the X here in my example) of the VIN (17N#X####LW######). 2 in this position is the RV800, 3 is RV1000 and 4 is RV1200. Also, the last 6 are the chassis serial number and there are some differences in early or late model SNs too, so let me know what the SN is too.

You know, I just had a crazy thought of us RV folk having our own forum space on here, but that would be asking to much.
I suspect were allready bothering the truck guys to much as it is, but it would be nice.
The RV sites we can go to, are some on those can help a little, but when it gets indepth though, like the drive train stuff, most are at a loss & can help very little.
I know this, you get a M/H with a 460 Ford engine & something about the ol big block is adicting. Once you get to reading what can be done to them its like you cant stop till you build one yourself.
I've already bought a 429 & 2 460s to build & its kinda fun scouting around finding parts at the junk yards.
Oh! found out my rear gear is a 4.63, little tag under a bolt has 37-8 & 4.63.
Put on new set of rear tires & rpm went down to 4200 at 65mph. Ol girls realy running good to. Getting the heads fixxed, ported some & putting in the big cam got to have upped the HP at least 100 or 150HP.
