My day..

Hmm.

Started out with a 90 minute delay this morning. Gotta go outside soon to clear the front walk again. With the bit of melting we got stuff slid back on so I've got to clear it off again.

And I'm wondering if things will warm up enough tomorrow for the driveway to finish melting off or if I'll have to put calcium chloride down.

Yeah it hurts. I've fallen so many times this year I'm sorta getting used to it. I've learned how to fall! Glad you didn't break anything.

Good for you Jim. I think pain meds, sometimes, can keep you from recovering quickly.

I had surgery back in 2000..and never filled my prescription for Vikadin...I managed. I figure if you can survive without them, you don't need them.

Not much going on in here this afternoon.....

Dropped Chase off at work this morning and some of the employee's were outside taking a break, a couple of them made a comment about how "cool" my truck was After that I went and did a bunch of shopping, grabbed some lunch and came back to the house. Just finished eating some mexican food and now feeling tired again.... just another side effect of the meds. I can deal with the tiredness, it's the tingling arms, hands, legs and feet and feeling dizzy that is a little strange. Shopping while feeling high is a little bit strange. lol.

Careful driving around like that. Reaction time slower?

There is a huge difference between you and Chase, you are a grown up and not some lazy kid who thinks it's okay to watch me do everything around the house while he watches movies on the computer. I am sure you and I would have a lot of fun if you came out for a while. It would be perfect, Troy works night so you can just stay in my room with me.

I agree with this sometimes.... I liked taking a pain pill when I was going to sleep after knee surgery and after having the girls, just made it to where I could sleep better for the first few days.

Yes you did. I gave my notice after a week there. I was there a total of 3 weeks. If I am meant to work with kids, its with older kids. I couldn't handle the toddlers. Takes a special person to do that work.

JD, after yesterday and possibly tonight I will be ready for spring(or at least warmer water temps) so I can chase the greenies...If I ever get my thumb out my @ss and get that depth finder on.
The wife and I road around about all day yesterday in the PSD because my Yota is now making a grinding noise in the frontend. I'm figuring carrier bearings. Than last night we went over to some friends to do some tubing. We may go back tonight, not sure.

I know by the time I type this something will have been said about Cris' comment, so I;m not even going to bother!

Edit: I guess not but I'm still gonna leave that one out there.

My sister in law runs a daycare out of her house. I don't know how she does it.
