I had it made with PT. I lived at 1343 and VCU sports medicine was 1300 W Broad. It was right across the street!

I went the 1st time with no pain pills and I couldnt even stand it. My staples in my ankle and knee felt like they wanted to rip. It was unbearable. He sent me home after 20 minutes.

Well dad had his follow-up visit with the doctor today in regards to his broken leg.

The doctor told him that over the course of the week he could start weaning himself off the crutches and at the end of the week he could lose the boot.

PT was a 35 mins ride eachway for us. Troy was so swollen he couldn't bend his leg enough to sit in the front seat of the truck for the first almost 2 weeks. He sat in back with his leg up over the center console.

Sounds like he is doing good then! Hopefully he will take it easy once the boot comes off and remember that his bone is still healing and muscles weak from being in the boot.

Mine was 2 miles away, and I should get back to thank my therapist. Remember me yapping about her and my ass massages, Mark? Anyway, after 6 appointments, I'm all fixed up.

Hey...if you get a free workout with a trainer...are you sposed to tip them?

I know I cant afford a trainer...if I wanted a more serious workout...I could go workout with my brother...He works out with a couple of friends of his that are trainers...and keeps wanting me to go with him...but its 20 miles round trip to go workout there.

I don't know if I would tip them.

All of my sessions with trainers were included in my gym memberships. But now that I've used up all the free ones, I don't use them much anymore. One of my cousins is a former bodybuilder, and holds a membership at the same nationwide gym, so I can get pointers from him if need be.

How much do trainers charge where you are? The ones provided at my gym are $50/session.

Yea. I can't help but think of what would've happened if myself or someone else had walked in front of that moron while he was being "Sneaky" running around FAR too fast like an idiot.

Good thing for him that he didn't decide to pull around the back of our barn of his truck might not have made it out. Not that he would've been stuck. But I was driving a 3 yard loader and I might not have seen his truck there. Or maybe I would've parked behind his truck by accident forcing him to drive over the pile of nails the grinder's magnet pulled out. Ah all the nasty things I could think of doing to a repo man.

Had the cop not been there I'd have told him "It's 2 against one. There's 100 acres here. We've got equipment that can dig down 20 feet. How bad do you want to be here?"

Worked on an 06 expedition today...

4 wheel brakes, wiper blades, 4 tires, air filter, battery service, and rear a/c actuators ( hot/cold and floor/ceiling)

Also fixed one of the seatbelts...it had wound in too far and the button to stop it had passed thru the trim and wouldnt come out, removed the trim piece and released it slowly...

I didnt have any trouble picking up the 265/70R17 tire and alloy wheel assembly to mount them on the truck
