Check out my thread (need opinion-truck defect upon receipt) in the 08-09 6.4ltr forum and give me your imput. I'm not sure what to do.

Hey J... I left a comment in the other thread too, some good info there. I just got my 08 from Woodhouse, and they seemed very willing to keep the customer happy. They probably told you that you'd get a survey from Ford... Make sure you tell them you can't mark 'excellent' on that survey unless they solve all those issues with the truck.
