My new toys

My wife wanted a new camper so I decided I needed a new tow vehicle. My '07 F-350 CC doesn't have enough room for me and her, the 2 dogs and sometimes the boys, both over 6 feet so an SUV was the ticket. After driving F Series diesels for the past 20 years I couldn't imagine I'd be happy with an 5.4l Expedition so I started hunting for a low mileage Excursion, diesel of course. I was lucky enough to find this '04 Limited with 77,000 miles and it matches the camper to boot!

Indeed.
Sunrise at Maryland rest-stop, southbound to Va.

And yes, Bus Parking seemed appropriate.

No, had to be different. Complete 3 year resto/conversion of a 45yo 24' SuperNova to a CC.

What size trailer is that? I've envious only having an old open trailer for hauling my track beast around.

It's a 31ft car/cargo hauler made by MTI. It has a 26ft box with a 5ft V-nose with cargo ramp in it.

Dad blew two tires while pulling his tractor. I went and rescued him, and hooked to the trailer to bring it back. Having the ZF6 sure makes for nice towing!!
