does anyone happen to a reg. cab short bed f100 73-79? i would like to know the wheel base on it i'm thinking about shortening up my long bed and making it a shorty.

The wife took Fri off due to spring fever, & I ended up cutting, hauling, dirt mixing & other chores till Sat nite. Got to nap & watch a bit of the race Sun. Still got a bunch of limbs & trunks that have an appointment with a deep gully in the woods.

If I were you, I'd sell it and buy a short bed, 117" WB, or at least buy a salvage grade short bed and put your good parts on it. There are six different directions to screw up changing the length of a frame, not to mention a professional critical weld job. I do like the turning radius of a shorty.
