Here is the following locations where Dentsides where built

Cuautitlan, Mexico
Dearborn, Michigan, USA
Edison, New Jersey, USA
Kansas City, Missouri, USA
Norfolk, Virginia, USA
St. Paul, Minnesota, USA
General Pacheco, Argentina
Louisville, Kentucky, USA
Wayne, Michigan, USA
Oakville, Ontario, Canada

here is proof they where built outside the U.S.A. and Canada click the links below

YouTube - Ford F100 1973

YouTube - Comercial Ford F-100

also i would like to learn more about these old ford trucks, there is so much info on who designed and built the Mustang, but sadly no info on who designed these old trucks, who ever did i would like to thank them for designing such cool trucks! also i think it would be neat to see dentside prototype pictures, much like they have for the 60s Mustang, if any one has any early design ideas for these old dents or even bumps please post them and does any one know the main designer or designers name?

Did you notice that the orange and white dentside did not have rear side marker light?

F-Series have been available in Australia forever. They were imported without engines and drivelines and dash, heater and steering. that was all locally sourced (cleveland engines). The Inteceptor in Mad MAx is an XB falcon (my first ride) and on a side note it is a dummy blower. A std custom 2wd F100 sold for $10282 new in 1979. in good condition they still get that much. I have some pics in my gallery where you can see RHD and engine bay, dash etc.

Awesome collection you got there. I noticed the dummy blower on a Mad Max fan site. Its just bolted above the engine block by stilts, and an electric motor turns the blower. It's fake, but its really cool. I'd love to have one of those XB falcons myself, heck even the four door. Anyway back to trucks, I heard some of the old movie trucks and cars were just left lying around after the films, is this true and have you ever come across any??

I,
__don't know what's wrong with my search eng's.
Or how I phrase my Questions.
I've used; ask, google, & yahoo. All failed to give me
an answer to my Q.

I already had known that there were members from
around the globe.
This is why I posted the Q here.

As for the Build vs.Sold thing...; It's all good.

You,
__point out the missing parts are locally sourced.
So...what parts/vehicles were used to fill in the gaps?
Were the dashes made there?,
or did they use one from another vehihicle?

I've sold, via ebay, lots of 73-79 F series parts worldwide. Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Germany, England. So, I guess they are out there!

For some good F series action in Australia, check out the horror movie Wolf Creek.
