vortech only SC for the 5.8?

is vortech the only company that makes a kit for the 5.8's? seriously considering buying one for my 91, would i have to swap to MAF to run one or will it work off of SD? looked on summit and on vortech's site and only thing they require is fresh plugs, doesnt mention anything about MAF

The way I understand it as a supercharger should work with speed density. I know of a couple of supercharged 460s that did not have a mass air swap.

No go to NLOC.net (Lightning site) there are a few superchargers for the 5.8. You can stay with SD and just get a nice tune with a Tweecer. Also need the "2 pump trick".

NLOC will most likely help alot better then over here with superchargers and making trucks fast.
