I got some good winter gloves from workingpersonstore.com. Water proof and insulated. I got a couple different brands. Iron clad, and black stalion.

I've been wearing Seirus Hyperlite all weather gloves for about 5 years now. Very thin and still have most of my dexterity for driving. Mostly use them during hunting season because they are thin enough to wear so I can safely get my finger in the trigger guard of my rifle and not need a larger trigger guard. Bought them at Fleet Farm for about $29.99 back in 09 or 2010.

They do pretty well with not freezing my fingers too bad in the cold MN/Midwest winters. I'd give them a 10/10 for cost and I still have nearly all my dexterity and my fingers stay warm!
