I'm gonna try to go. Are we going to eat first or do you plan on being there at the crack of ten am?

When I got to H&M for lunch I didn't see the other guys so I drove over to the museum to look for the trucks, nope. So I went back to H&M picked up a grinder and went home nothing looked good enough to take a pic of.

After Action Report

It was just Andy with his family and me.

I ate at H&M at about two ish.

I suspect that Andy didn't stay all that long at the museum considering the age of his children.

As I was unaccompanied, I stayed till about 1:30 - 2 ish and toured the entire place and read about 80% of what there was to read.

I swung through the store and picked up a sew-on patch with the Connecticut state emblem and a patch that read "The only good Marine is a submarine."

I brought my camera, but I didn't take any pictures.

Too bad the turnout was so sparse. The now defunct New England Chapter had a GTG there last year. We found the place to be fascinating...lots of great displays!!!

Dave it was good to see you. Sorry I could not spend some more time browsing around with you but as you could see we have our hands full with the 3 little kids in a place like that. They all want to go in different directions and my wife and I have to do all we can to try and corral them!
Do leash laws apply to curtain climbers??

Andy:

Not a problem

I did not want to impose on your family by tagging along, as then its no longer a 'family outing."

And then too I didn't want to get drafted as the third adult to keep an eye on the third child.

I missed you by about a half hour. I first got to H&M aroun 2:30. Oh well maybe next time. I work nights, 5pm-5am is the window I'm allotted to get my work done. Sometimes the loads are light and I can get done early. So early morning on my "saturday" is tough after a long week.
