Idaho Falls huh? I grew up in Twin Falls, about 2 hours back to the west down the interstate.

I have been to ID Falls many times. I used to travel there and work at INEEL. It is about 1 hour west of there. The town is the closest place to stay that has a motel. Heck of a commute.
I used to stay at that round motel on the river, Cavanaugh Falls I think is the name of it.
The first time I ever heard of FTE is there in ID Falls. I ran into someone at a bar just after I bought my truck back in '97 and he told me about FTE. I got on the site back then but was not very impressed. So I logged back on years later and it had improved but I didn't have the time or interest then to dig into it much. Now, years later I am all up into it. FTE Rules now.

That is a nice pic! Is that a house in the middle or an office or something for workers? I bet the water gets pretty close to it if water covers the whole thing!

Wow! I have been all over that river and did not even know it. I was on it in Lewiston/Clarkston, and outside Mountain Home on the CJ Strike. And if you look way downriver, I also fished for sturgeon on the Columbia which it feeds. Okay that one is a stretch...

Those are some neat falls. Thanks for the Pics!

BWAHAHAHA, that's funny! Can you get the pics up on webshots or some other host service? I can't see photobucket from work and I'm curious if you're looking at Shoshone Falls or Twin Falls (which is only a single fall now... they should rename the town).
