Can anyone who has performed this swap in a 1990 F250HD 4x4,
please help out on anything that I need to know.
I know I should sell mine and get one the way I want it but I don't have the money and I already have the 460 with all the fuel injection stuff on it.
Can I just get the computer out of the old trucks firewall and plug the new engines wiring into that again??

what about fuel lines??
and pumps??

What are you planning to use as a transmission? If you have a manuel all you need is a bellhousing. If not you will need one for the big block if you are pulling out a 351W. Also, you will need motor mounts and radiator. The swap should work with the electronics from donor. That 351W is not a bad motor and performance upgrades are plentiful.
