I'd stay away from the aftermarket polyurethane divorced t-case bushings. NOS / OEM or rubber mallet or anything is better than the poly's. Do a google search and you'll see what happens for they are known to bust apart in no time. One guy on Pirate busted all 4 of them on his first outing.
These are commonly "home remedied" for there's a lot of crazy materials out there now days that are tuff. I've seen the heavy duty rubber shop mats cut up and used and I've seen steel belted sidewalls doubled up and used. Both seem to hold up?
I know the factory ones are about as tuff as it gets and last a very long time through a lot of abuse. And commonly found intact on 40+ year old untouched trucks.
