I got a lovely pictures of my Lincoln going thru the lights.......$230 worth of 3pictures!
Luckily next day I was ok going thru the radar though!

No points when I inquired with SGI since there is no pic of the driver, just the time, the car and lic plate......

 

That's what I thought. No points for the driver as with the photograph only documenting the rear of the car and the rear license plate there is no evidence (picture) of the driver of the car.

That's why the fine is assessed to the registered owner of the car.

Same procedure in Manitoba.

 

The points was what had me worried, I`ve got some plus points to spare but I `d like to keep them all!
The fine I can handle, it only amounts to afew tank fulls of gas!

Theres been a few times in the winter I was going the speed limit (or a tad over) and came to a short yellow light, and had to go through.

I wish they made the damn yellows so they were all the same amount of time that they stayed on! Damn city does that on purpose I bet!
