get a new intake or use high flow drop in
hey guys newbee here,been reading lots and some where i read the 03 f350 v10 intake is not bad for flow, my question is,would it be worth it to purchase a whole new filter and intake system,or is a high flow filter good enough for a lil power increase.. will be useing the truck for towing so a lil extra power will help..is buying the whole system worth it? Thanx lots...

It depends... If you are looking to make a "single" mod to your truck, then I would just get a high-flow air filter. If you are looking to make "multiple" mods to your truck (tuner, exhaust, etc), then I would get a CIA kit. To realize the full potential of the CAI kit, you really need to install a tuner. Higher flowing exhaust will compliment the CAI kit as well.
