Snubber Spring as a Traction/Ladder Bar

Snubber Spring as a Traction/Ladder Bar
I put a 4" lift on my '03 F250 about a year ago or so using blocks in the rear. Ever since, on hard acceleration I experience some spring wrap in the rear springs causing wheel hop.
I have looked at many types of traction bars, many write-ups here on FTE but have not seen anything on installing the Excursion Snubber Spring for this application. (if you never saw a snubber spring, it looks like only the front half of a leaf spring with a beer can size rubber bumper on the end, it is the bottom spring in the pack. On hard acceleration it pushes on the front half of the spring pack to stop the wheel hop).
It looks like a good way to go to stop the hop but allow the suspension to move naturally. Any thoughts? Thanks!

On the X, I guess it's because the rear springs are so soft that they were worried about axle wrap.
However, how strong is the half-a-leaf that they use on the stock X?

Here are a few good articles/info on these. You may have already seen some of these. But good info reading nonetheless.

On my old bronco i had a set of these but these have been upgraded since the ones i had bought years ago. I replaced my rod with shocks to soften the ride slightly. Even though these are designed for short wheel base vehicles it would be interesting to see what effect something similar or modified/fabricated would have on long wheel base pick-ups. Im sure if they worked half way decent we would see something develouped for the SD short of the $1000 track bar. For those who dont pay much attention to "Jeff's Bronco graveyard" site they have a pretty good line-up of 99-08 SD parts oem and aftermarket.

overload snubber
Some time back I replaced the snubber bolt with a longer bolt and jam nuts and pushed the overload pad tight against the main spring. It does stabilize the traction and sway. I did however build 36" traction bars and adjusted the steering box to cure all the suspension issues. I have 37" tires and and 8" lift.
