Strokeing a 91 F-350 460

OK I have been asking for a year and no one wants to reply.
I have a 502 cid.with scat 4.15 stroke crank and scat 6.700 rods with SRP piston .
Mild Lunatii EFI friendly cam And mild porting on the exhaust ports.
I am getting ready to swap the engine from the 225,000 mile 460.
is the ECM going to work or am I going to Have problems .
I know I am not the first one to do this .
Any help ??
Thank Kevin

the factory computer is speed-density... it will freak on you... if you want it to work youll either have to get a custom burned chip or switch over to a mass air computer system like the a9l mustang computer, and get a nice big mass air meter... then itll recognize the bigger engine and bigger cam.

OK I just got it running with the 502...
Just to let you know I am useing stock manifolds with 3 inch exhaust after the cat . a Jet chip and adjustible fuel pressure regulator.
It starts and idles fine and runs good.
I think I might have to remove the air horn in the intake hoses as it seems a little congested in the 3,000 to 4,000 rpm range.
But all and all it seams like it runs the same as the 460.
I will update after I have run it a little more..

Put a vacuum gauge on it and right at 3,000 rpm it starts to pull a vacuum at wide open throttle.
Cut the horns off now it is good upto and beyond 4,500 rpm.

I have 3 inch exhaust from the cat back ,is there anything else I can do ..

Changed out the old 24 pound injectors for some new 30 pound injectors.
brought the fuel pressure back down to 30 and now it runs really good .
I have a wide band O2 and everything is Right except at cold start it is a little rich .But not bad.
I think the old injectors were bad because the truck had droped fuel milage . and now it is back to just bad instead of terrible.

Do you have emissions testing? If so, does it pass? I'd love to get a stroker crank in my 92, but I've gotta make sure it looks stock (no problem) and passes a tailpipe test every other year.

just took it through .Passed no problem.have to take it through every year.
I think the stroker kit is the way to go on these efi trucks.
Could scan the test results if you like..
I even have a lunatii cam and a little port work on the exhaust side.

If you really want to get the hp out of it convert it to maf and get a tuner the difference would amaze you and then i bet you will find those 30lb injectors aren't enough. Did you do any port work to the upper or lower intake, are you still running the stock TB, and what kind of compression ratio did you end up with? Sorry about all the questions i'm just interested in your build.

I left the intake runner alone and it is 8.5 comp with SRP forged pistons.
I was afraid to do too much as I could not find anyone that said it could be done.
I did not want to spend the money on the convertion or an aftermarket computer. As it sits next to the garage most of the time.
If I was going to Buy a computer I would leave it with the Map and buy a AEM computer.
I have one on my race car and it would easily run the E4od and everthing else.
If I went that way I would Turbo and intercool the engine as is.
I primarily tow and I have it in a crew cab dually so All out performance was not the goal. As said before it had to pass emissions.
I mainly was looking for it to stay in overdrive longer when I was pulling over the passes.
