I have around 125k on mine. 1999 f350 Crew Cab. aftermarket air intake, Throttle body spacer, Hypertech Max Energy tune. This summer I plan to add the P.I. heads, New cams from Crane Cams, and A twin Turbo setup. Need to find out were to buy this Y-Pipe that everyone talks about on here and some headers. Would like to put the 3 valve heads on it but i need to see if someone has got the whole process down for that swap.
New Motocraft plugs last summer. Only use Mobil 1 Synthetic oil with Wix filter. Change the oil Once a year unless I am off road a lot. Doesnt burn oil, no leaks. Idaho still has 85 octane gas ( NOT the E85 crap) so I run that and use 107 octane additive. 33x12.5 Mud Terrain Tires and Pull 16 mpg's on hyway. Only complaint I have is the Dang 3.73 gears Ford had to put in these Trucks. Do not understand why they would do that to a Super Duty pickup? Complete brain fart there. I tow a 28' camp trailor often that weighs around 6-8k loaded. And I live in Eastern Idaho at the base of the Rocky Mountains and have a 6% grade for 16 miles just to get up to my Favorite Camping and fishing. So not only is it a long slow ride up hill but it puts unessesary strain on that wonderful tranny they put in these trucks. I still think they should do a recall on all these Super Dutys and regear em for no other reason than their drive train engineers had to be flat landers that deserve to be kicked in the groin! I love my Ford pickups and will keep it till I croak then my youngest daughter has claimed it.

V10 mileage

Over 212k miles, just blew my first plug yesterday. Luckily only 1/2 mile from home. Installing the insert this afternoon. Preformed this task twice on a 2004 5.4l F250.

Didn't read all 12 pages but I've got 350,700 on a 2002 F-350 CC 4x4 DRW V10 auto truck.

My 2002 F350- V-10 - highway miles = 180,000 miles

I have replaced the plugs/boots at 115,000 miles. No other engine maintenance, other than air filter and pvc valve.

I have 217,000 on my Excursion bought it with 170,000 just oil changes, runs great has a Banks Powerpack with a Trans Command module, CAI, 4" exhaust, After market TB and factory 4.30 gears. I have gotten up 14mpg on the hiway @ 70mph. I notice everyone here uses 5w-20 oil , I always use 5w-30 because that's what my manual and a sticker on the valve cover calls for.

This makes me feel better. Hearing that the V10 is good for 300-400k miles puts a smile on my face. I just but a 1999 F-250 SD long bed ex. cab and it has 275,xxx miles on it. Its got rust and some little issues, but it runs like a champ!
