1989 5.8L:35-255-5 Comp Cam

Hi, I have a recently rebuilt, by me 4k miles ago, 351W in a 1989 SD EFI F250. I installed the mentioned Comp Cam camshaft and am wondering what idle vacuum I should expect. I also have no air pump or plumbing, short tube headers, no cats, true dual exhaust and a KN FIPK on this truck. The idle vacuum is wavering slightly at 15-16 in. hg., is that usual for this cam?
Thanks

The cam card has no idle information, rpm range, or anything like that-just lifts, duration and open/close specs. I degreed the cam and it is installed as the card called for. There are no codes as of about a week ago and the MIL is not on.

I degreed the cam to be sure the cam was ground correctly and I did install it straight up. It is at 0 degrees advanced and 0 degrees retarded..in other words, straight up. There must be someone else who is using or has used this cam that knows what their vacuum is/was... please?
