Edge evoloution programer any good?

Thinking about getting this programer and need to know what owners think of EDGE product. On e-bay its 399 bucks my main reason to buy would be to get this damn Trans to shift correctly and change tire size when time comes...
I added a cat back exhaust and dont intend to do any other changes but would like to get all the stock system has to offer...thanks

I ordered a Superchips Flashpack 1815 from Strippermotorsports.com (866-706-7744) and the service was excellent! They also carry other brands and were very helpful on the phone responding to questions, etc. which was much more than the other retailers were even willing to do!

Edge is considered the best "canned" programmer out there for our trucks. I recommend you don't buy it on eBay though. Edge won't honor the warranty unless you buy it from a approved seller.

BTW, $400 is the going retail price for the Edge. So eBay wouldn't be saving you anything. Most of this sites sponsors sell the Edge for $400 with Free Priority shipping...I highly suggest you order from one of them instead

I did some looking and got a price of 358.22 including shipping from an authorised dealer called (Truck Add On's) in Kentucky...I went ahead and bought it as its a fair price..
I have never much been a fan of aftermarket stuff, but I bought the Truck at 25k sticker was 35k so I have a little room for toys...

You'll like the EDGE.
93oct. & L3 You'll think your driving a differant truck.
I out ran a Super Charged '06 FX4, he had skinny tires & spun too much. LOL
the EDGE will make a big diff.
No substitute for a SC
The best $400 you'll spend

I have the EDGE and i am happy with it.. I also have an 3" exhaust (Junk master) K&N air intake throttle body spacer. So i'm happy with the setup. I also tow alot with my truck and it has never let me down (just knocked on wood) Even turning 35 inch tires. One of my trailers are a 17 ft car trailer and the other is a when loaded a 7500lb toy hauler... So to sum it up you will like it.

I just installed mine today, and drove for a bit on level 3 with some shift firmness adjustments and it feels pretty good.

Get a Gryphon, its customizable where the edge isn't. With a Gryphon you can get custom tunes specifically for your truck.
