is there superchargers for a 04 3.0 ranger. we were all joking about throwing turbos on trucks and my friend said his dad had a whipple or something? whats the cost to use ratio for these?

They used to make SC's for the 3.0, but they stopped, unless they started up again, they're none.

 

Kenne Bell used to make a system, but i'm not sure you can still buy them from the company, i'm sure there are still a few used ones layin around though.

 

You will probably have to fabricate your own. Not many kits for the 3.0L, if any. The superchargers will work, but making the rest of the system work requires a lot of custom parts. Also, get a tuner, and larger injectors wouldn't hurt either.

 

Yeah, they were making a kit for a while, but stopped. Could be some new ones getting dusty a self somewhere or could be some used ones floating around on ebay.
