40/20/40 seat in a `79

Has anyone out a 40/20/40 seat out of a `94-`97 into a `73-`79 ? I'd like to see a picture of it in a truck. I'm thinking they would be very comfortable and look good. Thanks.

Those look good, but are the newer Super Duty seats. I have a front and rear set out of a `96 F-350 C/C. The front is the 40/20/40 just like my `97 F-350. Thanks for the help !

My grey seat was from a 99 F-150. It was a 60/40.

The new seats are out of an '02 Superduty I believe. Fronts are 40/20/40 and rear is a solid bench.

I will do another write up when I put in the new fronts as I will be using the stock electric motors/sliders when I install these ones (pic below).

I would think the 96's you found will need custom brackets just like my 99 did and like my '02's will. The only seats that seem to be a direct bolt in are the SOLID benches out of the trucks up to 96 F-150s & 97 F-250's and 350's
