Hydraulic clutch link conversion? (49 F-5)

Hey all - I'm swapping a new engine and transmission into my 49 F-5. The original transmission has a manual linkage that has an input shaft going into the transmission from the side and (if I recall correctly) rotates. The new transmission (a Ford ZF-4) has a hydraulic clutch linkage. Does anyone make a kit that would allow the conversion, or is there any way I can make this work (short of tearing out the old clutch pedal and just replacing it with a newer pedal assembly)?
