We haven't set official lines yet but I wanted to start planning our inaugural meet. I think unofficially it is right above DC.
I was thinking March 14th or the 21st at/around the Bowie Town Center area.
That would have to be a meeting without me. The food sucks and the girls are of Cho Cho's quality. Not my cup of tea. I'm sure Hooters would be a fine visual enjoyment in other areas but in Waldorf they are scary.
There needs to be a good shutter emoticon to express my disgust... LOL Ron White: "Things that make you go bauauauaa."
New idea. The Spring Performance Swap Meet at BuddsCreek is on the 28th. Anyone interested in meeting down there? Last year they had some decent stuff but most of the time it is hit or miss down there. ..:: Maryland Int'l Raceway* -* Budds Creek, MD* ::..

even if we could get some approval to print some up-I would gladly spring for half the costs on the space-and the ink/paper to print them up-put my printer on a work out --see I'm not so dain bread after all!
you want to come down might be a good time!

That would be pretty cool... I'll see if I can get a hold of Royce (Track Manager) and see what he says about it. They may do something different for chapters/groups. I'll see what they can do for us to get more visitors to our "booth" too. Maybe announce we are there. For that to go off though we need a decent turn out of our trucks. So maybe switch this to a whole chapter meet?

It will be the 28th. I just got a reply from Royce and he is giving the club a 10x10 space so we can promote our club on the Manufacture's Midway. Because the space is small maybe we should just keep it Southern Maryland. I'll see what I can do as far as a few announcements to go over the PA. I might have a canopy we can use. I just need to check on the size. We need to get a banner of some sort.
Dave, do you know who has the design for the Mid-Atlantic Banner we had. I might have a little bit of money to get a banner like that printed out.
