Electrical problem?

I have a 2002 f-250 the truck starts with no problem, I have int. lights and radio but instead of head lights going on with sensor I need to turn them on manually, all my gauges are dead and odometer and throttle. Does anybody have a clue of what this could be

Just throwing out a guess here but maybe a fuse?

Edit: Are you saying when you step on the throttle nothing happens?

Glad you got it figured out. And welcome to FTE. Sorry I did not say that sooner.

I have a fuse that is popping for my instruments and throttle it only happens when it is cold and when I put it in reverse. The fuse is the start/run fuse in a 02 f250 4x4
