For New Members: Why the "Join Chapter" isn't working

The site has been experiencing some difficulties with the "join chapter" link in the chapter itself. To resolve this problem, simply go to your User CP in the blue banner about 1/3 of the way from the top of this page. From there, click "Group Memberships" on the left hand side in the blue columns. Scroll down the Virginia Chapter and click the "Join Chapter" bubble for our state, and then click "Join Chapter" at the bottom of the list. This will send the request to me for authorization. Sorry for the confusion this may have caused some people. Thanks everybody!
