Advice on differential lube for 96 Explorer

I have 182,000 on my 96 Explorer 4x4 and I want to change the lube in both front and rear differentials.
The tag on the rear end is:
S612B
3 55 88 5L02 Is the rear a limited slip?
I cannot see any numbers on the front diff. Is the front limited slip or not? What oil should I use in each?
Thanks for the help.

The front will be open and it looks like the rear is open as well. If it had been limited slip, the first 4 digits woul'dve been 3L55.

Good luck!
