hahaha,
it started life as a 96 f-250 cc sb 2wd
went back to the same dealership by original owner to get a solid axel swap 4x4 e4od transfer case rear 1 ton 4wd suspension shorten driveshaft and tada f-350 cc sb 4x4.
so technicly it is dealership built.
Yeah but dealership built it, not the FACTORY. So techinally your truck is a CCSB F250 converted to 4wd with a D60, Nothing more
Its like dealer installed pinstripe, undercoat, a/c. 90% is aftermarket
He's clearly asking you how much it cost you to put an OBS front on your 1980 to have an idea what he should expect if he wanted to buy the exact same parts to do the exact same thing to his truck...
ok... although it started off as an F250HD it's now got one ton running gear front and back. That includes a kingpin D60 up front and a 10.25ls in the back. the front has an add-a-leaf, and in the rear, stock F350 springs. Now I also installed a 2'' body lift... I know!!! body lifts suck! but at the time I had the front clip and box off so I thought what the heck... the body-lift kit was cheaper than buying new bolts as I had too torch off the old ones... If i had known then what i know now I'm not sure if I would do the body lift again... but I'm super happy with the way it all turned out. It is a bit of a pita to get in and out of... a but I am getin a bit old...lol
I'm pretty sure that sits higher than my 150 with a 6" lift and 35's, i want it!
