looking for sasquatch (does this truck exist?)

Hi folks:

I'm looking to try and buy a Ford F-250 truck, hopefully from 88-94, and I'm looking for something very specific. I'd like a five speed with 3.55 gears.

Does this truck exist? Preferably, I'd like the diesel zf, too if I could find it.

I know the F-150's have gearing down to 3.08, but I'd like the heavier 3/4 ton truck.

I know earlier in the 80's some f-250's had 3.55 gears, I'm just wondering if any 5 speeds had those gears as well. Does this elusive truck exist?

Any help, greatly appreciated.

Tyler

I had a neighbor up the street that had a Ford Bigfoot back in the '90's, it was an tan/brown F250 with a stick if memory serves me.

Yes they exist- I have two of them!

1990 F-250 7.3 diesel, ZF-5, 4x4, reg cab long bed, dana 60 front, 3.55

1997 F-250 PSD, ZF-5, 4x4, ext cab short bed, 3.55

(they are not for sale though)

Just check the axle codes on the doors. They are not rare.

I thought that they were pretty standard back in the day; before dealers only sold the more expensive auto slushboxes. Why is that still and option on a truck that only offers an auto by the way?
