good morning

Good morning from alabama,I have a 91 f150 with a 300 six that i need some help with. I bought the truck it has been sitting for 2 years,no info on why, so i started tinkering with it, got a book ang checked the codes, none listed , my problem is it will crank and run for about ten seconds and then die like I cut off the switch.turn it off and back on it will crank and run again. pleas help. thanks in advance

Have you checked the fuel pump? Might not be keeping pressure.

Check your fuel pressure for sure. I second Freightrain on the thought that you might not be keeping fuel pressure. Put the gauge on it, cycle the key and get your pressure up. Then start it up and watch what your fuel pressure does.
